Welcome to the March for Life online store. By accessing or purchasing from this site, you agree to the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, you may not use this website or purchase products from it.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
2. Product Availability and Production
All items are produced on demand through third-party fulfillment partners.
Production and shipping timelines are estimates and may vary based on supplier capacity, carrier delays, or external circumstances outside our control.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or update product information at any time without notice.
3. Pricing & Billing
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice.
By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the full order total, including shipping and applicable taxes.
If payment cannot be processed, the order may be cancelled.
4. Accuracy of Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to accurately display product colors, images, and descriptions. Actual items may vary slightly due to screen differences, color calibration, manufacturer variations, or standard print tolerances.
We are not responsible for minor variances in appearance or sizing.
5. Returns, Refunds & Replacements
All sales are final. Because all products are printed on demand, physical returns and exchanges are not accepted.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, you may request a replacement or refund through our Contact Page within 14 days of delivery.
Once verified, a replacement will be shipped or a refund issued.
Customers are not required to return the item.
Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once production has begun.
6. Third-Party Services
We use third-party vendors for printing, production, and shipping.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that your order information—including your name, shipping address, and items ordered—will be shared with these vendors solely for fulfillment.
We are not responsible for delays or errors caused by third-party manufacturers, shipping carriers, or customs authorities.
7. Canadian Orders, Duties & Taxes
We currently ship to the United States and Canada.
Customers in Canada are responsible for any duties, customs fees, taxes, or import charges required by their country. These fees are not included in product prices or shipping rates. By placing an order to Canada, you agree not to dispute delays caused by customs processing or fees assessed upon delivery.
All Canadian sales are final, unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, March for Life is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or purchase of products, including but not limited to shipping delays, lost packages, or carrier issues.

All personal information submitted during checkout is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
